Heavenly Father,
Today I come before You carrying frustration,
confusion, and weariness within my spirit.
The road was already heavy,
my burdens already great,
and then trouble appeared ahead of me,
parked and hidden by the roadside,
waiting to step out into my path.
Lord, You know my heart.
You know the struggles I carry silently,
the pressure of low funds,
the weight of difficult days,
and the battles that try to shake my peace.
When anger rises within me,
teach me to remain calm.
When unfairness stands before me,
teach me to answer with wisdom instead of rage.
Do not allow hardship
to steal my joy
or break my thunder.
Father, protect me from bitterness.
Protect me from speaking words
that dishonor You in moments of frustration.

Help me remember
that every authority on earth
is still beneath Your authority in heaven.
Lord, when life hands me tickets, burdens, disappointments, and setbacks,
remind me that You are still writing my story.
No difficult encounter,
no stressful moment,
and no dark spirit disguised in human form
can overpower the peace You place within me.
Walk beside me through every city road,
every hidden danger,
every hard season,
and every test of patience.
Give me strength when I feel weak,
grace when I feel angry,
and faith when I feel overwhelmed.
And above all, Lord,
keep my spirit steady,
my heart humble,
and my thunder unbroken.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.
